UWO Visits for Servant Leader Workshop

Thank you to UW Oshkosh visiting us for our Servant Leader Workshop.  They brought out their student mentors who will be soon impacting the new freshman attending UWO very soon!  Their group of 13 participated in our 3 hour workshop which focuses on creating stronger relationships and organizational culture.  This is done by first looking in the mirror and ‘tightening

up’ one’s own game first before looking for change in others.

TeamEscape 262 hosts groups from all over Wisconsin for our 1/2 day Servant Leader workshops. The 1/2 day workshop includes 2 hours our instruction on leadership development and 1 hour of Escape Room action which foc uses on communication, problem solving and working together as a unit all while having a lot of fun.

This workshop focuses on the fundamental belief that Healthy Relationships = Healthy Organizations and that ‘To Lead… one must first Serve by identifiying and

meeting legitimate needs of those on their teams. More information can be
